CUP Ceramics

At the heart of CUP Ceramics Community is a drive for social, economic and environmental sustainability. We provide space and facilities for Herefordshire communities to develop practical skills and gain therapeutic benefits through creating ceramics. For a monthly fee, members will have access to kilns, wheels, hand building equipment, glazes and advice from mentors and technicians. We create opportunities for members to sell their products, share knowledge and experiences in an inclusive artistic community. As a Community Interest company we keep our membership prices as low as possible. We are proud to have some of the lowest studio membership prices in the UK but we understand that this may still more than some can afford. 

Our mission is to provide access to making for all and in order to achieve this we also have provided alternative plans to cater for all. Short, long, and specialist pottery courses run regularly gaining potters of all abilities the skills necessary to start or progress your journey with clay. CUP is a social enterprise so we listen to our community and focus our profits towards the community. 

We endeavour to provide access to making for all through our community access sessions, outreach work and online courses.
