Over the years I have gained experience working in several disciplines - the health service, illustration, animation and since 2018, ceramics. Along the way, I collected a gold award in Illustration from the AOI and a BAFTA (team) nomination in the world of childrens animation for the film 'Poppies'. Drawing, painting, reading, music, writing poetry and the rural natural world around me, play a big part in my life; over time they all somehow find their way into my ceramic pieces.
