Gill Bramley

I work from a small studio at my home in Swansea and the whole process is done on an electric wheel. I throw mainly bowls, using a fine white earthenware clay and like to decorate with bright colours. Shape and colour are the things that influence my pots most and I frequently use slip trailers and scraffito to add decoration. The work is glazed at the raw stage and once-fired to 1100 degrees C.

I currently have work on sale at, Oriel Cric In Crickhowell, at Rhossili Gallery, Victoria Fearn Gallery in Rhiwbina, at The Albany gallery in Cardiff, Oriel Mimosa in Llandeilo, Queen Street gallery in Neath and Plas Glyn Y Weddw gallery in Pwllheli.

Just for fun!
