IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A CENTRAL AIM OF SOUTH WALES POTTERS TO ARRANGE REGULAR EXHIBITIONS FOR THE DISPLAY AND SALE OF MEMBERS’ WORK. THESE HAVE BEEN VARIED IN SCALE AND INTENT IN ORDER THAT MEMBERS AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF TECHNICAL OR ARTISTIC DEVELOPMENT CAN TAKE PART, AND MARKET THEIR WORK, IN EITHER SELECTED OR OPEN EVENTS

Arrangements have been made for an open selling exhibition at Monmouth Museum from 8th November 2008 to 11th January 2009 – with a preview on Friday 7th November,

All members are invited to apply to exhibit, with the first twenty applications received being accepted.

It is intended to publicise this event widely in the Monmouth area to maximise sales over the Christmas period.

Discussions are taking place for a variety of exhibitions during 2009 and 2010 at venues in various areas of Wales and England.

Full details of these will be posted on the website as and when they are confirmed.

Table space for members has been booked for the Christmas Street Market in Chepstow on Saturday 6th December
